Jesus needs nothing from you for Christmas. he does not need our money, or time, religious acts, or pity that he was born in a manger. He wants our life and our passion. He wants to be our Savior and redeem us with God. He wants you….all of you. Not just your mind, but your heart. He wants your love and devotion to Him. He really wants relationship. Does he have you? All of you? Does the world and all it’s ways have a grip on part of your heart? Give it all to Him this Christmas. Your life, past, sin, future, and devotion. That is what the Lord wants for Christmas.
O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly;
My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You,
In a dry and weary land where there is no water.
2 Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary,
To see Your power and Your glory.
3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips will praise You.
